HISTORY.
Onion is a strong pungent taste vegetable. There are various colors of it, white, yellowish, and purple. It is of the same family as chive and garlic. It contains vitamins A, B and C and medicinal properties like the prevention of cancer. It is considered the most popular vegetable in the wolrd.
